Manufacturing

Our main factory is in Dong Guan China. The manufacturing plant is spread over 5000 square meters. It has excellent accessibility, taking only 15 minutes by car to reach the city center, 30 minutes by car to Guang Zhou, and 45 minutes drive to Shen Zhen. We provide continual training for our employees to ensure they are highly skilled in their roles.

We have in-house R&D facilities for designing, prototype preparation and manufacturing of models and moulds for the soles. We invest heavily in the tools we use including advanced machinery that helps us improve our quality, efficiency, and precision.

Manufacturing Facilities

We constantly update our equipment, production technology and processes to meet our client’s requirements precisely. We have over 8o qualified engineers and skilled staff operating in the manufacturing process covering our advanced sole manufacturing plants, R&D facilities, quality control department, and warehouse.

Cold molding Process– Producing EVA insole and footbed. 38 holes process with 1,200,000 pairs production capacity monthly

Hot molding Process： producing PU foam/Memory foam, 20 holes process with 650,000 pairs production capacity monthly.

MD MOLD Process: Producing EVA/TPE midsole, EVA/TPE+RB+Others out sole, and sports equipment. 24 holes process with 60,000 pairs production capacity monthly.
